Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
